Unused credits
A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Used credits are non-refundable.
Failed blueprints
A blueprint that fails to generate is refunded automatically as a credit.
Requesting a refund
Email hello@marketralph.com or contact Paddle buyer support. Include the email used for your purchase and your Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes approved monetary refunds. Credits associated with an approved refunded pack are removed from your balance, which will never go below zero.
