The service and credits

adcerebrum generates campaign-planning blueprints from the information you provide. Each new account receives one free credit. One credit pays for one blueprint, regardless of the number of selected markets, within the service's existing limits. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Exports and revisiting saved blueprints do not spend credits.

AI-generated recommendations may contain errors and are not a guarantee of campaign results. Review recommendations and source material before acting on them. You remain responsible for your campaigns, advertising compliance, and information submitted.

Payments and VAT

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all orders. Paddle processes payments and handles VAT and other applicable sales taxes. Prices include VAT. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. Paddle provides billing support; adcerebrum provides product support.

Refunds and statutory rights

Please read the Refund Policy. Nothing in these draft terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Your account and privacy

Keep your account secure and do not use the service unlawfully or submit information you are not authorized to share. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy notice.
